Handle customer complaint regarding breakdown issues
- Coordinating with the in-house and external technical support team for the outstanding/new complaints
- Record tenant and system fault requests on Concept Evolution CAFM system accurately
- Ensure CAFM system effectively manages and stores appropriate contract data

**Job Requirement**
- Hold a certification in Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience working in operations / departments in the GCC region
- Good understanding of facility management service delivery and operation
- Well verse in Microsoft Application
- CAFM experience
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
