**Helpdesk Operator**
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Maintain records and files.
- Assist on any entry request in the system from the maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs or Excell.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
