**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Management**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
2. **Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations related to Company Formation, P.R.O Services, Legal Translation, Certificate Attestation, Document Clearance, and Worldwide Visa Assistance.
- Ensure efficient and effective processing of documents and services, adhering to high standards of quality and confidentiality.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. **Client Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
4. **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
5. **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and business development activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales and operations management role, preferably within the business solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of Company Formation, P.R.O Services, Legal Translation, Certificate Attestation, Document Clearance, and Worldwide Visa Assistance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and operational processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
