**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Operations Manager at Easy Sell Car, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations to maximize revenue and profitability. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, dealerships, and automotive industry stakeholders
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and market trends
Continuously assess and improve the customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and has a car
