- we are looking for a_**_ Business Development Manager in Physical Security/NIT_**_ who_**_ _**_will increase market share and visibility for the assigned product, train, guide and support sales team in order to achieve vendor’s and company sales targets (GP & revenue)._

**_ What will you do?_**
- _Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product_
- _Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs_
- _Support the execution of Marketing Plan, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate._
- _Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business_
- _Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions_
- _Development of close relations with the vendor, channel at every level._

**_Which Talent do you bring?_**
- _You are a graduate with 5-7 years of CCTV and Physical Security experience_
- _You must have excellent knowledge of vendor products, solutions, channel for Physical Security business._
- _Insights to Qatar partners for Physical Security and its technologies and channels_
- _You have time management, decision making and planning skills._
- _You have experience in Physical Security channel distribution, SIs or vendors will be an added advantage._
- _You have clear and convincing negotiation and execution skill to grow together_
- _A team player to work closely with various stake holders such as credit, marketing, pre-sales, logistics etc_
