- W_e are looking for_ a _Business Development _Manager_ _-_ _Physical Security _who_ _will be Driving vendor sales whilst meeting the company_ and vendor_ _objective_s_ and targets. You will _micromanage_ all layers of the sales channel and improv_e_ product depth and market share for all tiers. _You_ will focus on_ _maintainin_g_ current business relationships, _improving_ inactive accounts_,_ and _creating_ new business opportunities._ _Y_o_u _will be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Micro's_ i_nvolvement in them._
- What will you do?_- You will _establish_ productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts._- You will Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance _objectives_ and partners’ expectations._- You will meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic _objectives_ in assigned partner accounts._- You need to Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance _objectives_, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship._- You need to proactively assess, clarify, and _validate_ partner needs._- You will _sell_ through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources._- You will manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement._- You will lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel._- You will ensure partner compliance with partner agreements._- You will drive the adoption of company programs among assigned partners._
- Which Talent do you bring?_- You are a graduate with _min _5_+_ _years_ of experience_ in _ELV _sales/ Business Development _in the Qatar region._- You have experience working with IT_/ELV_ system integrators and dealing with _End-users_- You have experience in selling CCTV and physical _security_ products._- You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed._- You are a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player._- You _have_ a strong ‘customer-first’ mentality able to _utilize_ their relationships to drive results._
