Doha, Qatar Gulf Overseas HR Consultancy Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee queries.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including handling NOCs, QIDs, and contracts.
- **Performance Management**: Support managers in the implementation of performance reviews, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and manage HR documentation such as contracts and leave records.
- **Payroll Management**: Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of employee salaries.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Male
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Language**: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- **Location**: Must be residing in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- **Availability**: Immediate joining required
