The HR Executive will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The role includes a wide range of HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The HR Executive will also contribute to improving HR policies and practices to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Conduct job interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job vacancies on various platforms.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes for departing employees.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Track and document employee performance and development plans.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- **HR Compliance and Administration**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- **HR Reporting and Analytics**:

- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with performance management and training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
