**RJob Purpose**:
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of human resources processes within the company. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Staffing**:
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Conduct employee onboarding, including orientation and training.
**Employee Relations**:
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and grievances.
- Ensure a positive work environment through conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Manage disciplinary processes and exit interviews.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Assist in the development and management of employee compensation and benefits plans.
- Ensure that employee compensation complies with local regulations and company policies.
**Performance Management**:
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and assist with goal setting for employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance reviews and career development.
**Training & Development**:
- Identify training needs for employees and organize appropriate training sessions.
- Facilitate employee development programs to enhance productivity and skills.
**HR Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
**HR Reporting**:
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
- Maintain and update HR databases and management systems.
**HR Projects**:
- Participate in HR-related projects such as company events, employee engagement activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR or related roles, typically 2+ years.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience with talent acquisition and training programs.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
