Junior Administrative Officer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing of materials and equipment.
- Support the scheduling of construction activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle correspondence and communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and project costs for budgeting and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in scaffolding or construction industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company, including completing a Permit Handler course as part of professional development.
Pay: Up to QAR1,500.00 per month
