METRO STATION COORDINATOR - Job Description

There are several duties, tasks, and responsibilities associated with the position of customer service executive ( in Metro stations), the major ones are shown in the job description example below:

- Deals travelers in a more professional manner and provide information about train timings and stations
- Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed
- Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly

**Salary**: QAR3,750.00 per month
