**Accountablity**:

- Provide sales support in day to day activities like Invoicing, Pushing for PDI & Sales Reports.
- Ensures that the deal for invoicing is complete by inspecting all the documents needed such as the quotation, vehicle orders, purchase orders, receipts for cash or down payment, insurance, registrations & account numbers for deferred & installment deals.
- Assures that the price, down payment, discount & promotions are checked out.
- Acquires for credit account and credit limit from account dept. for deferred and installment deals if required. Make sure that the managers approvals are there for the credit Invoices.
- Makes/provides manual invoice/s for bank deals after the assessment by the authorized person in the accounting dept.
- Assures that the deal proceeds to the next procedure.
- Provides a daily sales report for Salwa showroom.
- Writes warranty books/ letters in the absence of other employees if required.
- Make tracking report so that the vehicle/s is/are not missed out or left un-pushed.
- Receiving calls from salesmen for follow-up of the pushed vehicles, to check whether they are ready or not.
