**About this opportunity**
We are looking for the Head of Sales to lead our engagement and growth strategy with Global Customer.
The Customer has a presence in markets such as Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq, Palestine, the Maldives, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
We are searching for a Head of Sales that will act as a confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively giving to add new value to customer’s success.
**What you will do**
- You will lead Ericsson’s involvement in crafting and influencing Customer’s Visions, Strategies & requirements
- Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements, leading to tangible business opportunities
- Develop a group Account growth strategy addressing customer needs and aligned with local KAM ambition and orchestrate successful execution
- Collaborate with Customer Group Technology and Group Procurement organizations influencing both Technology Agenda and Commercial Ambition
- Orchestrate Engagement across diverse groups Opco in the Group
- Responsible for Group Operational Governance
- Accountable for Compliance and Process Adherence.
- Build and develop a successful team as well as drive Knowledge Transfer, coaching, and mentoring the team.
**You will bring**
- Education: University degree in Business or Engineering, a master’s degree would be an advantageous or equivalent working experience.
- Min years of experience: 7-10 years of experience in relationship sales and within the ICT industry.
- Demonstrated previous experience holding a similar role or KAM position and having the assessed potential to lead a large Job Stage 9 account.
- Experienced in negotiating and closing large commercial deals
- Financial competence with Innovative Business models and financial solutions
- Credibility and ability to build trust with the C-suite
- Equally comfortable in Sales and Delivery
- You will be a person that excels at problem-solving and critical thinking
- Global standout colleague with strong Cultural awareness
- Confirmed Leadership and organizational change skills
- Ability to enable collaboration and partnership in a sophisticated matrix organization
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Appreciative but adventurous people leadership skills
