We’re looking for a dynamic **Sales Manager** to join our team in Qatar. Reporting to the **Head of Operations**, you’ll be at the forefront of growth, innovation, and market expansion.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of three key areas**:Call and Chat Center Operations, Influencer Management, and B2B Sales**, empowering you to make real change while building a legacy of success.
**Your Role in Our Success**
- **Team Leadership**: Train and lead a team of sales and service agents, ensuring they are proficient in Dieture’s products, services, and soft skills.
- **Quality Assurance**: Continuously monitor and improve service quality, implementing feedback mechanisms and performance reviews.
- **Sales Targets**: Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update senior management on team performance, challenges, and improvements.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Organize influencer participation in marketing shoots and promotional events, coordinating availability and deliverables.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor content engagement metrics (likes, shares, and comments) to assess campaign success.
- **Market Expansion**: Oversee the sales and distribution of nitrogen-packaged meals, identifying new opportunities for market penetration.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- **Distributor Relationships**: Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring smooth inventory fulfilment and resolving operational challenges promptly.
- **Reporting**: Deliver comprehensive reports on B2B sales performance, revenue growth, and market trends.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the F&B, health, or tech industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build relationships.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the Qatar market is highly preferred.
