Saisir le statut des chambres nettoyées sur les feuilles d'affectation. Remplir les listes de contrôle afin de rendre compte de la propreté et de l'état de chaque zone indiquée. Accomplir les tâches administratives liées à l'entretien ménager. Identifier les affectations de chambre et le type de nettoyage requis pour chaque pièce. Inspecter les chambres après nettoyage par le chargé d'entretien ménager. Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients et des autres services. Pénétrer dans les chambres des clients en respectant les procédures d'entrée et en s'assurant que la chambre est libre. Aider la direction à embaucher, former, mettre en place les plannings, évaluer, conseiller, rappeler les règles de disciplines, motiver et accompagner les employés ; servir de modèle dans le service.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité de la chaîne; rapporter les problèmes de maintenance, les risques d’accident, les accidents ou les blessures; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Veiller à ce que son uniforme et son apparence soient propres et professionnels. Respecter la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; protéger les biens de l’entreprise. Soutenir tous les collègues et les traiter avec dignité et respect. Soutenir l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Se déplacer à la vitesse requise pour répondre aux situations de travail (p. ex., courir, marcher, jogging). Inspecter visuellement les outils, l’équipement et les machines (p. ex., pour identifier les défauts). Entrer et trouver de l’information en rapport au travail à l’aide d’ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents nécessitant une excellente motricité et coordination œil-main. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Se déplacer dans des espaces étroits, confinés, ou élevés. Se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou des marches glissantes. Monter et descendre les escaliers et les rampes de service. Une utilisation continue de la dextérité manuelle et de la motricité globale avec une utilisation fréquente de la dextérité bi-manuelle et une excellente motricité. Déplacer, soulever, transporter et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 55 livres (25 kg) sans assistance, et de plus de 55 livres (25 kg) avec assistance. Pouvoir pousser et tirer un chariot d’entretien ménager chargé et autres appareils de travail sur des surfaces en pente et inégales. Vérifier visuellement et interpréter des documents écrits. Se tenir debout, être à genoux, assis ou marcher pendant une période prolongée ou à une fréquence élevée pour un quart de travail complet. Écouter et réagir de manière appropriée aux préoccupations des clients et aux autres employés. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
