**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Support HR managers with various projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with all Qatar labor laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
