The **Program Production Manager** interfaces with customer to establish requirements for production and maintenance. Works with Project Management Group at PSO, Functional Superintendents and Site Production Managers to develop program and site production goals and plans for reconstitution. Provides detailed analysis of production goals and program maintenance activity to PSO and Gov't. Forecasts and manages program and site production and resources requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Creates annual production plans as per PWS and customer requirements.
- Develops and manages program and site production goals.
- Coordinates production and maintenance efforts with Contract Liaison and AFCENT staff at Shaw AFB.
- Develops and maintains performance indicators to track and report against production goals.
- Coordinates with the sites Production Managers to achieve production goals.
- Provides guidance and direction to Site Production Control Superintendents.
- Develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Coordinates withe PSO IT office in centralizing the Site databases.
- Provides special analysis to improve manufacturing and maintenance process.
- Builds and presents (as required) regular customer briefings and presentations as directed by the DPM/Program Operations Manager.
- Provided inputs to PSO PMG on planning, programming, solutions and execution of the Contract.
- Provides inputs for semi-annual Program Status Review (PSR) and Program Management Review (PMR) briefings to PSO.
- Assists calculating staffing needs in coordination with HR and Department Functional Managers in accordance with FAR, USAF and Amentum standards as referenced in the PWS and future program growth proposals.
- Performs other qualified duties as assigned.
- Works in normal office environment.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- Proficiency in the WRM SharePoint required to successfully accomplish the duties listed.
- May be required to obtain access to other USG systems in performance of assigned duties (may include DPAS, DMLSS or other future systems as introduced as required).
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Should possess a background in production planning and management.
- Minimum of five years operational experience in management required.
- Light to moderate lifting as required carried out in an office environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Maximo experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering or related discipline preferred (2 years experience may be taken into account for each year of degree requirement).
- Previous experience with the WRM Program is desired.
