Al Jazeera Manpower is looking for an HR Coordinator for one of our esteemed clients.
- At least 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator or in related fields
- Valid QID/ Has NOC
- Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry is a necessity
- Able to start / transfer for the position as soon as possible

The role's duties and responsibilities are as follow:

- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Maintaining HR-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Preparing reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training completion.
- Assisting in budget planning related to HR initiatives.
- Verifying time and attendance records.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
- Conducting employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and certifications.
- Handling confidential employee data with discretion.
- Generating reports related to employee records as needed.
- Managing leave requests and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Tracking employee training progress and certifications.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
- And as needed by Management
