Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in the growth and expansion of our wellness center, which specializes in dermatology, slimming, and wellness services. This individual will be instrumental in executing key strategies, building corporate partnerships, enhancing internal synergies, targeting new client segments, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue and expand our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Execution**:
- Implement and adapt strategies to promote dermatologist and beauty care services.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute a 12-month marketing plan.
- Introduce innovative treatments and packages to the market, ensuring they align with client needs and industry trends.
**Corporate Segment Development**:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Design and present corporate wellness packages that cater to the needs of corporate employees.
- Negotiate contracts and manage corporate accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
**Synergy Enhancement**:
- Facilitate synergy between clinical, marketing, and sales departments to enhance service delivery.
- Develop cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on internal expertise.
- Drive internal referral systems to maximize utilization of all services offered by the clinic.
**New Client Segmentation**:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new client segments.
- Develop targeted campaigns in collaboration with marketing to reach and engage these segments.
- Customize service offerings to meet the specific needs of new client demographics.
**Sales and Marketing Collaboration**:
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with marketing initiatives.
- Provide feedback from clients and market research to assist in shaping marketing campaigns and service offerings.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing progress towards business development objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Working Conditions:
Primarily in-office with occasional local travel for client meetings and events.
Standard working hours with flexibility required during key campaigns and events.
