We are a UK-based company that runs fun camps for children, helping them to build confidence and manage their emotions. Many of our courses take place in the Middle East (primarily Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE).

We're looking for staff based locally who'd be excited to join the Role Models family, receive training from our education team and facilitate the courses (generally during the local school holidays).

**Key Details**
- Next dates: Availability 31st Dec - 4th Jan, 11th - 15th Feb, 18th - 22nd Feb, and with many more opportunities available through 2024.
- Timings: 8:30am-4pm (approx.)
- Locations**:Middle East **(UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)
- **Flights, accommodation, visas are covered, as required.**

- Pay ranging from £675 - £900 per course w/ expenses covered when travelling internationally.
- Lead a group of up to 22 children (maximum 15 without a teaching assistant or volunteer present) between 10am
- 3pm each day using Role Models course content. This will involve leading discussions, facilitating games and challenges and helping the children develop their skills.
- Be responsible for the behaviour, safety and welfare of all children in your group (including breaks and lunchtime).
- Write a short personalised report for each attendee at the course's conclusion.
- Support admin tasks such as attendance keeping, report writing etc.
- Help set up from 8:30am and clean up until 4pm each day.
- Courses run for either 3,4 or 5 consecutive days.

**Person Specification**
- Must have significant experience with young people (e.g teacher, teaching assistant, tutor, summer camp leader etc).
- Huge energy and positivity.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Good attention to detail and well organised.
- A fun and friendly team player.
- Adaptability and able to use initiative.
- Passion for children's mental health.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: QAR3,100.00 - QAR4,100.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
