Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity by managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities that will help create and implement marketing plans and initiatives aimed by increasing brand recognition, customer interaction, and lead generation.
- Perform market analysis to gather data and insights that will guide strategic planning, campaign creation, and content development.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Establish, implement and maintain project management tools for special events processes, including events calendar coordination
- Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
- Assist in creating and distributing event collateral (i.e., invitations, event flyer, follow up questionnaires for attendees)
- Coordinate all facets of events with sales, marketing and clinical staff to help encourage maximum attendance
- Order and maintain inventory of marketing supplies, corporate collateral, and promotional items and ensure appropriate stock at events to advance brand building and support sales
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure successful and productive patient facing and physician facing events development standards and procedures for various marketing events, including establishing best practices for events
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience is a must in marketing and social media including event planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Proven creativity and innovation in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license is advantage (preferred)
