**Job brief**

Urban Point is looking for an enthusiastic and positive sales specialist to join our team to help us achieve our goals, most important of which is helping thousands of people save and enjoy a better quality of life in Qatar by providing valuable offers in our app to the best restaurants, beauty salons, fitness and medical centers and local service-based businesses.

You will be responsible for identifying new leads, arranging meetings with potential clients, educating merchants on our service, and using the latest and greatest tools to be well organized and effective. You will also have clear instructions, guidance, and necessary training to do the job well. This opportunity will help you acquire new skills and provide you with knowledge of working inside a 7-year-old tech start-up.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/vocational certification in business
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of MS Office essential
- Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM and Clickup a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Active listening and the ability to understand customer needs
- The ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to handle rejection
- The ability to identify and qualify sales leads
- The ability to effectively close sales and achieve quotas
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- The ability to adapt to changes and think creatively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers
- Negotiating sales deals and closing sales
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitors' products and services
- Providing customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to improve sales strategies
- Continuously seeking new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base.
