The Role
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the Facility Management or related industries. - Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. - Proficient in procurement software and tools, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
