As a Front Desk Coordinator, you play a vital role in front line support of Canon's innovative business.

The objective of this job is to manage and oversee the day
- to
- day activities of the reception & assist in walk-in sales under limited supervision; will also act as primary contact for both internal and external parties on all matters relating to administrative support in nature for HR & Admin Department.

- Coordinate office activities and schedules, develop and recommend office procedures and systems and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support Sales Team on walk-in customers with toner requests.
- Preparation of invoices and daily cash reports
- Manage petty cash for administrative and sales tasks
- Support in all requested administrative tasks assigned
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Make all travel arrangements as told to do, maintain appointment schedules and calendars and arrange meetings and conference attendance.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
- Liaise with hotels regarding accommodation, menus, meeting rooms and other requirements.
- Coordination of conference calls and all related materials, including room bookings.

- Fresh graduates from any field can apply
- preferably Business/HR Graduates.
- Relevant recognized formal qualifications, preferably to University level (**desirable**)
- Full tme and immediate availbility
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Knowledge of Arabic (**desirable**).
- High level of written and spoken communications at all levels (**essential**).
- Professional appearance, attitude and communication style (**essential**)
- Familiarity with MS Office especially Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Internet (**essential**)
