**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
As a **Deputy Operations Manager**, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies and plans to enhance business efficiency and growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of operational standards and best practices across various departments.
- Support and collaborate with the business development team to design and implement effective marketing strategies that promote the company’s scope of business.
- Support and Assist un Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all operations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of debt collection software and tools.
- Collaborate with CRM team/ I to identify, implement, and troubleshoot any system issues.
- Ensure data security and integrity in line with industry regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of MIS for efficient reporting and performance tracking.
- Analyze and interpret data from MIS reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of MIS data for all business and organizational requirements.
- Assist in managing cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
- Foster a positive working environment through open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ensure continuous development and training of team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all departments.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks to maintain business continuity.
- Conduct audits and assessments of operational activities to ensure alignment with internal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Undertake any additional tasks related to the role as per job requirements, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategies
**Job Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in operations management, preferably within the debt collection industry or a similar financial service-based environment.
- Strong understanding of business administration, finance, marketing, IT systems, and call center operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM system, MS Office Suite, and MIS tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in debt collection and finance.
