Health Information Clerk

Ensure adherence to confidentiality, security, and privacy policies and protocols.
- Scan paper records into the clinical information system.
- Manage downtime forms, aid in downtime file organization, and execute recovery registrations.
- Retrieve inactive records from offsite storage upon request, managing medical records storage effectively.
- Facilitate the provision of release of information services to patients and their authorized representatives.
- Assist with patient portal and family medicine enrollment procedures.
- Generate photocopies of paper medical records and print electronic medical record copies as instructed.
- Exhibit customer-centric behavior when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate positive working relationships within the department/section and foster collaboration between various facility departments/sections.
- Conduct data entry and coordination tasks for e-Service purposes. Undertake any additional assignments as designated.
