Our company is looking for an **Admin & Accounts Assistant** (with Experience in Accounts Preferred) to join our Team.

Responsible for day-to-day task management, preparing & analyzing reports, plays a crucial role in coordinating office operations, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree

2 - 3 years minimum of experience in a similar field.

Proven experience as an Admin/Accounts Coordinator.

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent communication Skills.

Well-exposure in coordination, documentation, tracking.

Proactive approach and positive attitude at work.

Excellent in organizing work on a priority basis.

Time management skills.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/04/2024
