- Developed and implemented customer _service_ strategies to improve customer satisfaction,
- Upgrade parts showroom and workshop services to attract sales
- Manage, Motivate, Train, and provision of leadership to all aftersales team, whose main objective is to provide high quality customer services and maximize profit.
- Daily monitoring of all Aftersales outlet KPI.
- Work to helped top management to identify workflow issues and find solutions.
- Support the team to ensure timely and quality _service_ delivery
- Improved the _service_ process by reducing the average turnaround time
- Coordinated with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement products and services support programs

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
