Revenue Management (RM) is embarking on an exciting new journey and you can be part of it RM plays a key role in driving the aspiration of Qatar Airways Cargo to become the World’s #1 Air Cargo provider in value, scale, reliability and customer preference, while being located in the center of the organization.

The RM Transformation team is responsible for the transformation of the RM department to become a key strategic player within QR Cargo while driving network and revenue optimization by the implementation of leading technology, incorporating lean and agile methodologies. This all with the goal to increase the speed to market, overall network contribution and productivity for QR Cargo. The RM Transformation team is made up of passionate individuals who drive success and transformative changes thought understanding of the RM business challenges and design solutions to ensure the core RM teams can focus on optimizing inventory and maximizing contribution.

As Project Specialist in the RM Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

- Using your passion for commercial strategy and operations to independently build insights from data to solve ambiguous organizational and systemic challenges
- Discover new opportunities by analyzing data to deliver solutions, to test, learn and develop solutions with a mindset that failure, if recovered quickly, can provide meaningful direction for improvement.
- Creation of prototypes for dashboards and other solutions by working with RM teams or other stakeholders
- Based on project requirements, collect and prepare data to produce useful insights for key decision making
- Leading various projects while ensuring the projects are executed based on commitments, expectations and deliverables identified in the by you defined project plans.
- Accountable for project execution (new and existing project) in a most effective and efficient manner within target timelines
- Liaise with various RM internal and external stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and priorities, set goals and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Conduct workshops with working groups to formulate implementation plans with clear outcomes for future state
- Monitor the project milestones to ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Drive project outcomes and inspire change across all teams
- Report and recommend to RM Transformation Management on key risks, challenges, constraints during the implementation phase with options and recommended solutions
- Part of the implementation of the transformation initiatives re-engineering existing RM processes and develop new RM processes
- Responsible for change management aspects for the transformation initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to meet required deadlines and be result oriented.
- Master Degree with a minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Good knowledge of Cargo Revenue Management an advantage
- Previous experience in Consultancy, or Project Management is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of statistics, operational research, forecasting and optimization methods
- Good command of the English language
- Passionate in new technologies and driving continuous innovation
- People person with strong communication and presentation skills
- Can do mentality is a must
