About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Strategy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our hotels. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends and develop strategic pricing plans to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market data to identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  2. Develop and implement pricing plans that optimize revenue while maintaining optimal occupancy levels.
  3. Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate reservation system information to ensure efficient room allocation.
  5. Conduct sales strategy analysis and refine as necessary to increase market share for all properties.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 3 years experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related area. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related area.
