Document Control Coordinator for CO2 Sequestration Project;
- Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project;
- Responsible for coordination of COMPANY EDMS (Project Information Management System), and Distribution Matrix. Maintains the integrity of Information Management procedures via approved System templates and metadata, including documentation workflow and storage of technical project data and documentation both hardcopy and electronic. Ensure Project Information Handover (PIH) compliance for handover of documentation for operations. Responsible for ensuring that project documentation flows between locations and departments (PMT and FEED/EPC Contractor) according to approved plans and procedures during all phases of project execution;
- Works effectively within the team to coordinate meetings; address issues and bottle necks; resolve and drive issues to conclusion; require effective communication, collaboration and multi-tasking;
- Demonstrates willingness to tackle a variety of tasks in response to evolving business support needs;
- Works on-site at COMPANY & Contractor facilities in Ras Laffan, with travel to other sites (Contractor Office, QG HQ) as required;
- Frequent travel within Ras Laffan (e.g., port office, RLC gate, etc.) is expected;
- Flexible time management is important when working in an engineering team environment.

**About this role**
- Provides business support to the Project Manager (CO2 Sequestration Project), Division Managers, and other on-site team members as required;
- Interfaces with RLC on administrative activities (e.g., entry permits, etc.) as required;
- Coordinates and organizes meetings, captures follow-up action plans, and stewards actions to closure;
- Ensures that contractual requirements for the Company site offices are met as per AGREEMENT with ESW and EPC CONTRACTOR;
- Monitors progress and takes necessary actions to ensure timely completion of business support activities;
- Supports the process of capturing and communicating business lessons learned for the project and ensuring that lessons learned are considered in subsequent phases of the project;
- Identifies site-related training needs and arranges for the same as per requirements; tracks training and ensures compliance;
- Coordination of COMPANY EDMS (Project Information Management System) to the PMT;
- Coordinate all Project documentation in, ensuring the maintenance of files represents accurate and up to date information;
- Support the PMT in all matters related to technical documentation and correspondence ensuring alignment and understanding on information management requirements to meet Company’s expectations at final handover and project close-out.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor of Science Business Management or equivalent;
- 8 years of experience, specific involvement in coordination between different disciplines in project execution with both offshore and onshore facilities;
- Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education;
- Good knowledge of Project Execution is an advantage;
- Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major oil & gas projects;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Good Follow-up skills;
- Good Problem-Solving skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Documentation processes, codes and standards relating to final document handovers working within a structured Quality Management System.
