About the role
You will provide a range of support including administrative, logístical and organisational for the smooth functioning of the **Image and Style Department** **under Customer Experience.
You will manage and complete multiple administrative tasks, requests and projects within specified timeframes ensuring integrity of all information and data.
You will require to draft internal communication and manage department correspondences and telephone communication.
Tactfully handling various situations, enquiries and tasks involving any administrative function/activities of the department.
Managing, coordinating and maintaining the calendar, duty travel arrangements, records of communication to meet the requirements, to record, filter, disseminate and communicate all incoming and outgoing matters.
You will be responsible in generating and compiling various reports, business documentation as directed and support with any department administration.
Communicating and providing information internally/ externally to assist, as well as effectively communicating with various business operations.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor's level with minimum 3 years of job-related experience required or High School/Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
It is essential to have
- Ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines.
- Effectively showcase organising, priotising and multi-tasking skills.
- Display problem-solving, time management and planning skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and be attentive to details.
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
