**_Summary: _**

My Technology is growing and expanding to Qatar, to support our growth, we are hiring an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to promote business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Generate sales and expand the company’s clientele either by cold calling or answering requests.
- Cold call prospective clients using leads/ database...etc., to sell products
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- influence existing and potential customers to buy products or services by demonstrating how My Technology products meet their needs
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Record the customers' information accurately in CRM

**_Requirements_**
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in IT/software development industry
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
- Native Arabic Speaker and Proficient in English
- 1- 3 years of experience and proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably as tele sales.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Tactful, resourceful and patient to deal with customer rejection and complaints.

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
