About you
As a Revenue Management Operations Coordinator, you will Act as a first level helpdesk and attend to queries related to Reservation and Ticketing, Flight Schedules and Global Distribution System (GDS) and resolve them accordingly to achieve the highest level of customer ex erience.
Other key responsibilities
- Updating Amadeus Office ID Parameters in the Reservation System as per business requirements of the respective QR Network Offices to carry out the daily Reservation and Ticketing functionalities.
- Creating/Updating user credentials for reservations and ticketing agents in Amadeus Reservation System so as to control their system access as per their roles within the company.
- Conducting regression testing in Amadeus Reservation and Altea Inventory systems for version upgrades, process enhancements and bug fixes in line with QR operational business requirements.
- Providing functional support to QR stakeholders such as Ground Services, Digital Direct for the creation of Test Flights, PNRs and Tickets related to their system enhancements that are interdependent on the Reservation and Inventory System.
- Troubleshooting system issues with other GDS in coordination with the QR Distribution team and find feasible solutions for problems that are reported by the Trade via QR Sales Channels.
- Performing ad-hoc Schedule Change activity in close coordination with Schedule Planning Team and Integrated Operations Control (IOC) to ensure the correct schedules are distributed across all Reservation Systems.
- Coordinating between QR Medical Centre, QR Reservation Offices, Line Maintenance and the Medical Assistance Companies to secure approvals via Medical Information Forms (MEDIF) for an average of 300400 incapacitated passengers per month.
- Reviewing 'Special Service Requirement' (SSR) that are raised through the PNR and confirm/reject them to ensure the service delivery is in line with the QR Policies and Procedures.
- Liaising with QR Revenue Accounts Department for unprecedented flight delays, disruptions and flight cancellations for the reconciliation of QR 157 E-Docs in the accounting systems.
- Performing additional duties to support the operations as required by Line Manager for unexpected operational schedule/crisis management to maintain the business continuity

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Operations team.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus Reservation/Ticketing Systems
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of other Computer Reservation Systems (CRS)
- Knowledge of Industry Best Practices IATA
