**Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE**
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Verify the B/L details in system.
- Generate Delivery Order against receipt or Invoice once B/L verified/approved by senior coordinator.
- Update the remarks in existing systems - EBMS (QNL), & ORACLE.
- Communicate with Milaha Shipping Agency Doc Team.
- Generate Day End Cash & Cheque Statements.
- Day to Day collection/receipt details to Milaha Shipping Accounts
- Preparation & update of daily reports of credit customers.
- D/O and B/L amendment as per instructions, if any.
- Replacing other DO service clerk when his absence.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills**
**Education & Professional Qualification**:
Graduate/Diploma

**Professional Experience**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years in a Shipping Company.

**Geographic Experience**:
N/A

**Computer Skills**:
**Language Skills**:
Business fluent English

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:
Good knowledge of shipping agency operations
- Strong knowledge of freight services.
- Knowledge of international and local freight regulations
