Admin Assistant

Provides calendar management support: schedule meetings, including notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, handling logistics, drafting, and distributing agendas, taking detailed minutes, maintaining a meeting tracker.
- Prepares all forms of needed correspondences in an accurate and timely fashion confidential manner.
- Manages and tends to call or message on a daily basis, or as required
- Receives, screens, distributes, or files all incoming correspondences to and from the management office.
- Full support of the reception desk (answering and forwarding the phone calls, assist the guests, vendors, suppliers, book conference rooms)
**Job Specifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of similar experience with Healthcare Industry background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize and think independently
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English & Arab Speaker)
- Locally available with transferable visa
