Job Description**:Health and Wellness Center Manager**

Starting Salary**:QAR 8,000 (Full package / All in)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance the center's offerings, improve member engagement, and drive business growth.
Identify trends in health and wellness industry to ensure the center remains competitive and aligned with evolving market demands.

**Team Management**: Hire, train, and mentor a diverse team of wellness professionals, including fitness trainers, nutritionists, therapists, and administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, empowering team members to deliver exceptional services and achieve their professional goals.

**Program Development**:Design and implement innovative health and wellness programs that cater to a wide range of member needs, incorporating fitness, nutrition, mental health, and other holistic approaches.
Ensure that programs are evidence-based, aligned with industry best practices, and customizable to meet individual member goals.

**Member Engagement**:Build strong relationships with members by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and continuously seeking feedback to improve services.
Develop initiatives to enhance member participation, retention, and satisfaction.

**Operational Excellence**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, facility maintenance, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources.

**Financial Management**:Develop and manage the center's budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.

**Community Outreach**:Establish partnerships with local businesses, health practitioners, and organizations to promote the center's offerings and broaden its reach within the community.
Plan and host events, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage the community on health and wellness topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in health and wellness management, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles, including fitness, nutrition, mental health, and holistic well-being.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, staff, and external partners.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and business development.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory compliance in health and wellness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and improving the well-being of individuals and communities.
