**What You Can Expect**

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, beactively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain adeep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge,discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with threeindividually designed assignments, including one eight-months assignment abroad(Covid permitting).

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position tosupport you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers andbusiness leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow

In thisrole you will supportthe service center organization define repairschemes for rotating equipment such as compressors and turbine and theopportunity to develop your academic knowledge into new competencies and newskills through various forms of development and training.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Learn and understand Repair schemes and processes for Siemens Energy Rotating Equipment as applicable to regional Service Centers.
- Provide technical support and information to SCM, Sub-contractors, Sales, Project Managers and Field Service. Typical information managed will revolve around inspection, machining, grinding, welding, metal spray, coating, plating, balancing, tolerance and risk management.
- Disseminates complex product knowledge to stakeholders. Provides feedback to Management, Sales and PCCs with respect to potential product design related issues.
- Safety awareness, always promote product and operational safety without compromise. Participate in growing the Siemens Energy Zero Harm culture.

**What You Bring**
- Prior experience within the Rotating Equipment field and preferably able to demonstrate relevant Internships, employment and extracurricular activity in this area. Must be willing to work in teams across geographies and cultures.
- A determination to support the customer, whilst at the same time maintaining the highest standards of ethics and an uncompromising quality mindset to ensure that things are done “right first time”.
- Drive, energy and enthusiasm for learning must be combined with academic and commercial acumen ensuring that you learn quickly and bring added value to Siemens Energy operations and our customers.
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Mechanical and preferably Metallurgical fields an appreciation of all aspects related to repairs of Rotating Equipment.
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.
