**About Your Job**:

In this role, you will be responsible for skillfully managing infrastructure and deployments especially Kubernetes, Ansible Automation and ELK platform (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana).

You will be participating in planning and implementation of system deployments by infrastructure as code.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Assisting in Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents and problems in IT systems and ensure right changes to system configuration are followed in line with change management process.
- Design and implement the ELK platform (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana).
- Create dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time and historical insights into system behavior using observability tools.
- Support in real time log collection and aggregation of the required data sets for handling the root cause and problem analysis.
- Develop code for automating the provisioning of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, to ensure that deployment releases are seamless and fast.
- Implement and administration of containerized automation solution OpenShift infrastructure.
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper system configuration and monitoring across all managed technical functional domain.
- Proactively perform capacity management practice and identify scaling issues on all managed technical functional domain.
- Liaising with external suppliers and internal teams involved in both projects and operational maintenance of systems to meet business requirements.
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documentation.

**About you**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent qualification

**Experience**:

- 6+ years of total IT experience
- 3+ years of recent experience in managing large enterprise environment.

**Knowledge and skills (Technical)**:

- Hands on knowledge on the container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and OpenShift platform.
- Strong knowledge on scripting skills in Ansible, Python, terraform and bash shell.
- Proficiency in using observability tools as Elastic Stack, Prometheus and Grafana.
- Hands on knowledge and experience in querying Elastic search, PromQL.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experienced with azure DevOps tools preferred.
- Azure cloud and DevOps technologies certificate added an advantage.
- Strong knowledge on REST API, JSON and YAML.
- You should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request.
