**Join Our Team as a Hotel Front Office Duty Manager**

Are you passionate about hospitality and leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the front desk and guest services team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front office staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Oversee check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and room assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel front office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., IDS).
- Available to join immediately.
- With transferrable visa locally.

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
