Maintenance of student records; assisting teachers when they request data about students on file;
- Assisting parents and teachers with student queries or providing information;
- Preparing reports for the HoCS.
- To manage and maintain student data and records;
- To maintain the MOEHE database through the appropriate portal;
- To ensure that HoCS always has accurate and concise data and information;
- To ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Assisting HR.
- Organising buses for local school trips/ government offices appointments.
- Taking appointments for the MOEHE.
- Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with school expectations and standards
- Excellent customer focus and ability to work with government officials.
- All other administrative duties that may include the part of Examinations Officer’s duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Assisting with translations into Arabic language
- Responsibilities will be added or amended as required and the same is not restricted to the above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
