Restaurant Operation Manager

**Job Overview**: The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kitchen, ensuring exceptional service, efficient processes, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences. Additionally, this position will collaborate with our sister company, Fold for Cafe Supplies
Key Responsibilities:
- **Operational Management**:
- Follow up with rental agreements to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
- Oversee the fit-out of the kitchen, ensuring it meets operational requirements and design specifications.
- Set up the kitchen with appropriate equipment and establish maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- **Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Schedule and manage staff to optimize labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Implement customer feedback systems to enhance service quality.
- **Financial Management**:
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective financial management.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain**:
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure quality of goods.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Promote special events and menu items through social media and local partnerships.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [3-5 years] of experience in restaurant management or operations.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.

Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
