Payroll Officer

**Role Objective**
The payroll officer is responsible to ensure that all the employees within an organization are paid on time and correctly and ensutre all aspects of the payroll system, leading and training the payroll and ER Team and ensuring all payroll accounting procedures are accurate. Work closely with Finance and Cross Functional stakeholdres to ensure the benefits and payroll services are delivered at best practice standards.
**Primary Roles & Responsibilities**
- Processing weekly or monthly payroll for employees
- Processing & Approving weekly or monthly timesheets and overtime verification
- Maintaining and verifying payroll reporting records
- Creating payroll reports and storing information
- Updating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Collaborating with Finance Department - Payroll Section for payroll update and payroll run
- Informing employees about payment procedures and benefit programs
- Calculating pay and benefit entitlements, overtime and other payments
- Investigating and resolving payroll issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide functional support to Finance and HR from payroll management perspective
**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Finance or Business
- At least 5 years of experience as Payroll Officer managing the payroll for not less than 1000 people
- Should have demonstratable skill in advanced excel and business intelligence tool and database
- Should have demonstratble skill in designing dashboard using BI Tool and Database Application
