**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing support to the human resources and finance departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and new hire paperwork
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employees' attendance and leave
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the finance department
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support the HR and finance teams with various administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- With exceptional English communication skills
