Technical Coordinator

Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of design and technical issues.
- Develop, coordinate and prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings as requirements in the project-design.
- Assist with design and technical coordination among disciplines, and responds to technical implications of design decisions.
- Develop response to contractor and sub-contractor/supplier questions, inquiries, RFI’s etc.
- Actively coordinates with the compliance in BIM and in CAD project standards and procedure as required in the project.
- Interface with our Projection the construction team on the project metrics and parameters such as site conditions and completion schedule.
- Actively participate in the main contractor and designer coordination about the project design
- Considers material to be used in the project design and technical specifications.
- Assist in drafting related site works with the management (Site Team and QS) and supports the team to advice on the impacts.
- Continuous follow up and do all necessary for obtaining all approval for the projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
