We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in facilities management to support our operations and enhance our workplace efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation for the facilities management team.
- **Facilities Oversight**: Assist in monitoring facility operations, scheduling maintenance, and managing service requests to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs, inventory lists, and compliance documentation.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget tracking to support informed decision-making.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside various departments to ensure that facility needs are met and to support operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a facilities management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with facilities management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
