We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the adoption of our AI solutions. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and presenting tailored AI-driven solutions that enhance their business processes and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell our AI solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product specifics and upcoming enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to track performance against sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster customer retention and growth.
- Provide feedback to management and product teams to help shape product offerings and sales strategies based on market needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in AI related fields accepted.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in selling technology or AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
