**We are looking for a Female Secretary cum HR**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Having minimum 2 years’ experience in HR / Secretary / Document Controlling / Project Tender Submissions Handling.
- Can Immediately Join.
- With NOC / Under Husband’s Sponsorship.
- Handle employee benefits administration and answer related queries.
- Facilitate employee relations activities and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the management of employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in HR or office management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field are a plus.
- Fluent.
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
