**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for preparing and documenting procurement activities in accordance with company procurement policies and procedures.

**Description**:

- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers
- Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations
- Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
- Administrating proposals, requesting quotes, and storing documents
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and uploading agreements for Legal review and approvals
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings
- Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
- Coordinating with stores to manage stocks and sets reorder points
- Follow up with delivery notes, invoices, to complete the purchase order

**Technical Skills**:

- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
- Excellent administration, time management and customer service communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Microsoft office
- ERP, SAP systems, Odoo

**Special Skills - **_**language, computer, driver’s license, **_**equipment**:

- Fluent in English
- Arabic is a plus

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 2 years (required)
