As we continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

The Clinical Lead at Mind Institute is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the psychology department, speech and language department, and occupational therapy department. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services and fosters a multidisciplinary approach to client care. The Clinical Lead collaborates with the Director to drive business growth, maintain full caseloads, and uphold the Institute's standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance**:

- Review and approve all assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress reports prepared by the psychology, speech and language, and occupational therapy teams.
- Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to evidence-based practices across all departments.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity.

**Multidisciplinary Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative environment among department heads and team members to enhance the multidisciplinary approach to client care.
- Ensure all departments align their objectives, work seamlessly together, and leverage each other's expertise to provide comprehensive care.
- Implement Outcome Measures.

**Business Development and Growth**:

- Collaborate with the Director to develop strategies for business growth, market expansion, and increasing the Institute's client base.
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop initiatives to maximize caseloads, optimize resource allocation, and drive revenue generation.

**Team Management and Leadership**:

- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and supervision to department heads and clinical staff.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

**Quality Improvement and Compliance**:

- Monitor and evaluate therapy interventions, treatment outcomes, and client satisfaction to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Implement data-driven initiatives to enhance service delivery, client outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines in all clinical practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in an allied health discipline.
- Professional licensure.
- Proven experience in clinical practice, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and staying updated with advancements in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
